By customizing 50 pieces of high-performance N52 neodymium-iron-boron magnets, which are currently of the highest specification in the civilian field, and after dozens of simulation and prototyping tests, optimizing the motor winding, the maximum torque of the upgraded permanent magnet synchronous motor reaches 75N·m. This greatly enhances the riding experience when climbing steep slopes for a long time in the small chainring state, reducing phenomena such as soft pedal feel and slipping.
According to statistics, the slipping rate of the new motor version is less than 2‰ (for users with large body weight in the small chainring riding scenario).

Better Motor Heat Dissipation

The new motor adds aluminum plates and thermal conductive silicone sheets to quickly dissipate motor heat. Equipped with a dual-fan heat dissipation system, it keeps the smart trainer within a reasonable temperature range, meeting the demand for long-duration riding.
