Create an account by clicking the "Sign In" button. Then click on the button that is located in the registration area and fill out the registration form. You can also easily set up your customer account when you place your first order. In both cases you will need to enter your email address and a password. How can I place an order?
Simply add as many items as you like to your shopping cart while browsing our store. If you want to continue with the order, go to the shopping cart and click on "Checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with the delivery information and choosing the payment method for goods - we will ship your package within 1-2 business days. How can I see my previous orders?
To view your previous orders, log in to ROCKBROS with your email address and password. Select the »Customer Account« icon and then »Your Orders«. On the desktop site, the customer account icon is located at the top right of the page. In the app you will find the customer account icon at the bottom right.
Can I order from abroad?
rockbrosbike.us ships to the United States. The exact list can be viewed in the checkout area.
What happens after my order is placed?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that lists the items you have ordered, your billing and delivery address, and the payment method you have chosen. Finally, your purchase will be delivered to you and we wish you a lot of fun with your new items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply start the return process.
Why was a credit card payment declined?
There can be several reasons why a credit card payment is declined. For example a typo, invalid card, missing verification or a technical error on our website. We are happy to offer you the following alternative payment options: PayPal.

How do I redeem my voucher?
Simply enter your voucher code in the »Voucher code« field when paying. The total amount of your order will then be immediately reduced by the value of your voucher.
