We offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy starting from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, products must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost; for size or personal preference returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees. Please inspect your order within 72 hours and contact us for any issues. EU customers have a 14-day no-questions-asked return right. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Position the suction cups on a flat surface and pump until the white safety line disappears( usually 30-45 seconds ).
Mount the Bike
Remove the front wheel, secure the front fork, and strap the rear wheel and crank.

Bike carrier+Rear wheel suctions+Hook and loop strap for the crank+Standard accessories come with a quick release(4.4mm*100mm)and adapters (5mm*100mm).
The ROCKBROS bike rack is designed for bike forks with widths under 110 mm, allowing for quick and secure installation. However, for bikes with thru-axle connectors, you will need to purchase an adapter separately.
Please notify us, we will resend you the new replacement suction cups at once!
Available adapter sizes are: 9 mm * 100 mm, 12 mm * 100 mm, 15 mm * 100 mm, 15 mm * 110 mm, and 20 mm * 110 mm.
(Note: Roof rack adapters must be purchased separately.)
We only need to measure two values:
① The diameter of the bike axle rod.
② The distance between the inner edges of the fork dropouts on one side of the bike and the inner edges of the fork dropouts on the other side.
For example, if your measurement for ① is 20mm and for ② is 110mm, then you should choose a 20*110mm adapter!
