Description
WEARING WAY
  1. Fasten the heart rate sensor to the inductive strap (please make sure it is tightly fastened).
  2. Drop a few drops of conductive gel (tap water can also be used) on the rubber contact points.
  3. Wear the heart rate strap below the chest line and close to the skin (with the sensor near the heart).
  4. Adjust the length of the elastic strap moderately, ensuring it doesn’t loosen during normal movement and doesn’t affect normal breathing.
  5. Finally, fasten the other end of the heart rate strap to the buckle.
MAINTENANCE AND BATTERY REPLACEMENT
  • When not in use, separate the heart rate monitor from the chest strap and store them separately.
  • Regularly maintain the chest strap: Rinse it with clean water at least once a week (a small amount of neutral detergent can be used). Do not machine wash. Use water at around 40°C. Air dry naturally. Do not rub, iron, or machine dry.
  • The heart rate monitor uses a built-in CR2032 button battery, which can last up to one year under normal use (calculated as one hour of use per day). When the battery is exhausted, use a coin to unscrew the battery cover on the back of the heart rate sensor for replacement.
