❓When do I need to use an adapter?

The ROCKBROS bike rack is designed for bike forks with widths under 110 mm, allowing for quick and secure installation. However, for bikes with thru-axle connectors, you will need to purchase an adapter separately.

❓What can you do if the suction cup could not work normally(the white line is always visible)?

Please notify us, we will resend you the new replacement suction cups at once!

❓What sizes of adapters are available?

Available adapter sizes are: 9 mm * 100 mm, 12 mm * 100 mm, 15 mm * 100 mm, 15 mm * 110 mm, and 20 mm * 110 mm.

❓How to Choose the Right Adapter?

(Note: Roof rack adapters must be purchased separately.)

We only need to measure two values:
The diameter of the bike axle rod.
The distance between the inner edges of the fork dropouts on one side of the bike and the inner edges of the fork dropouts on the other side.

For example, if your measurement for is 20mm and for is 110mm, then you should choose a 20*110mm adapter!
